GOOD Based on 6 reviews Bryan D.2021-03-29Verified Septic backed up and initially I thought my septic might just be full. Called them and they were able to schedule me same day. They stated they would give me a call when the truck was Enroute which they did and they promptly arrived. The two guys that came were able to determine I had a clog in my main line and took the extra time and effort to unclog it. I really appreciated that. Carolyn F.2021-03-01Verified Before $hit happens, I called for pricing to pump the "dump" in our septic system. Murphy's Law has had a hold on me ALL of February, so I called Jones to get ahead of the calamities. TIP: call before the freeze sets in because not all septic service companies in the Hudson Valley offer these services over the winter. JEN picked up my call promptly, explained the pricing, and scheduled my service. $289 plus tax IF you dig out the septic cover yourself. Significantly more if they dig. I DONNED MY DITCH-DIGGIN' boots, grabbed my shovel and got to digging. Was it easy? Nope. But it was well worth the savings. WAYNE was my guy-on time and experienced. Efficient and appreciative of the gratuity and cookies I sent him away with. The entire Dump-pumping-process took another 20 minutes. No mess, (except for that pile of mud that needed to be shoveled back in). Donned the boots, grabbed my shovel and paid another bill with the savings. Jim E.2019-04-03Verified Had a great experience with Jones Septic. Quick, easy appointment setup for next day service. Truck was here next morning for pump out. Highly recommend them. Bill Z.2016-10-30Verified I've used Jones for as long as I've owned my house (and thankfully not for any emergencies), which included replacing the original tank. Routine service can typically be scheduled a few days in advance. Everyone with whom I've ever dealt has been friendly and helpful, especially the customer service people. For example, you are always notified an hour in advance of when they will arrive. For this particular service call, I was not feeling well enough to do my own digging. They will do that for you, for a fee, but they are very up front with you about the rates. I've never bothered to learn if there are other septic services in the area; I've never felt the need to look elsewhere.
